Our groups in Pamukkale & Cappadocia, April 2011

We Kent Homoeopathic Pharamcy, arranged the pleasure trip to Turkey for our customers , for which we found Skyline Travel and met Mr.Erdal Ozturk , Our company approved Skyline travels as our tour operator in Turkey and whole trip was arranged by them.

We have been to many coutries but we found Mr.Erdal most sincere and commited person with his profession , our whole trip was organised so well and no single problem were faced by us , we went to 6 different places in 8 days , all arrangements , Hotels , food arrangements were so good , morever Mr.Erdal stayed with us during the trip and it was very much well organised , Mr.Erdal took us all those place which are so difficult to reach by ourselves.

Thank you very much for all the trouble you went to to make our trip to Turkey so interesting, so trouble free and so very enjoyable. Thank you also for going the extra mile to help Rob find his passport and for the wonderful boxes of Turkish Delight that you presented me with. We are waiting for our whole family to be together to enjoy them!

We came back to weather similar to that that we had the last few days in Istanbul- chilly but fine! I don't think that I have quite come down to earth yet and keep thinking back fondly to the special time that we had these last two weeks. My dogs enjoyed a long walk on Kommetjie beach yesterday afternoon and I too was very grateful to stretch my legs after the long flight.

I didn't write you until now because I spent one more week in Romania, with my family, and the Internet access was not there.

When I first arrived in Turkey I didn't know what to expect and I was a bit nervous travelling in a foreign country just with my daughter and my mother. We felt safe and welcomed at all times and in all the places we visited. We were impressed your heritage and the beautiful places in Istanbul, Cappadocia and
and the Southern Aegean.
The guides were very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and engaged us in a fascinating, intensive, history
course. The accommodations and the food were very good and we didn't encounter any transportation problems.

I'll be pleased to d you also some pictures from our trip after I'll get back to my routines and find some time to
download them on my computer. I'm thinking to come back one day in Turkey to visit the many other interesting places that we weren't able to include in this trip due to time constraints. I will gladly recommend your
travel agency to any of my friends who plan to visit Turkey.

Just a thank you note for organising our wonderful tour of Turkey. Everything went according to plan and we had a really wonderful time. We loved Turkey and everyone that we met were so helpful and friendly. I dont know if you are aware but when we were at Pamukkale Bruce had a fall and had to be taken to Denizli hospital with a dislocated elbow. The tour guide was wonderful and looked after us during this time. We received excellent treatment at the hospital where his elbow was put back in place and then plastered. We really appreciated all the help not only from the wonderful staff at the hospital but also athe tour guide(unfortunately I cant remember his name). Again thank you for oganising our wonderful holiday and we will happily pass on your name and details to anyone thinking of travelling to Turkey.

Hi Erdal,
Thank you again for everything! My wife and I felt bad for not having an
opportunity to visit you in Istanbul, but our time was so short that we
always appeared to be busy.

We thought we would let you know a few suggestions. Overall, we had an
excellent experience, but we thought that our suggestions might help
improve things to make other peoples experiences even better.

1) Meals - We definitely enjoyed all of our breakfasts, as the selection
was great and the food was delicious. Our favorite meals that you had
included were the lunch on the day of the Underground city tours (South
Cappadocia) as the restaurant was excellent and had a great selection, as
well as the food during the Pergamon tour. However, the lunches that
were included in Istanbul were very dissappointed, as we (and the rest of
our groups) found the food very bland and not very tasty. If you could
find a more authentic Turkish restaurant in Istanbul, I'm sure people
would appreciate it.

2) Tour guides - Our tour guides for Istanbul, Pamukalle, and North
Cappadocia were ok. They allowed us to do some private sight seeing and
gave us some interesting information, although we would have liked more
detailed descriptions and stories during our tours. In that regard, we
had two spendid guides that were amazing. Our guide during the hike
through the Rose and Red Valley and then the underground city was amazing
(his name was Sukar I believe), as he was very friendly, very informative
and clearly had a detailed university backgroun in tourism. Similarly,
our guide for Ephesus was excellent (an older woman who was originally
from Istanbul... although I can't remember her name). Having those two
guides really enriched our trip, and we only wished we could have guides
that good during all of our tours.

3) Hotels - Except for the initial misunderstanding when we checked in
to the Hippodrome Hotel, we really enjoyed all of the hotels that we
stayed at. They Hippodrome, Cave Hotel, and the Grand Olzcek were all
very comfortable hotels that were in excellent locations.

4) Transfers - Again, except for the wait on our initial day of arrival
at the airport, we really appreciated your timely and efficient transfers
between airports, tours and hotels. All of the staff were very courteous
and drove safely.

5) Itenerary - I really think that the 10 day itenerary you provided was
perfect, allowing us to see as much of Turkey as possible, while having
time off at the end to enjoy and relax. My wife did find it initially
very tiring, but every day she remarked that she was glad she endured as
the different sites were all worth seeing. We are also glad we stopped
off in Pamukalle in the morning of our overnight bus, as going to
Kusadasi and then coming back for Pamukalle would have been very tiring.
Had there been a convenient flight from Cappadocia to Kusadasi I'm sure
we would have taken it, as the bus journey was tiring, despite its
comfortable seats and service.

Again, thank you for everything as we had a splendid time. My wife and I
really did feel like we received special treatment from all of your staff
and appreciated everyones courteosness and helpfulness. We will
definitely recommend your tours to all of our friends and family that
consider visiting Turkey. Please be sure to let me know if you change
